Thankyou for your feedback. We are currently looking for an accountant to help us. We do have a loan on our PPOR so what you have said makes a lot of sense.

We are just starting out too. Only have enough to maybe get 2 or 3 to start off with. Our plan is to renovate our PPOR then sell. Buy another PPOR and renovate again. Using leftover profit from the first reno to buy more IP’s. etc etc.
