Sounds to me like you need a partnership arrangement. You have the equity which can be used as a deposit and there are hundreds of people out there who have good income to make repayments but don’t have a deposit. I found a book called “I sold 22 homes in one day”. There is an article that says, it is an offence to receive a fee for carrying out the services of an estate agent if you are unlicenced ($3000.00). Thanks for your feeback, I agree I think this was sort of an idea thats better left as an idea. I was thinking along the lines of just telling a buyer which estate agency they were listed and just saying you could get a cheaper than asking price, but not give any more info…Think I’ll leave it well alone.
