    Hi,

    I was thinking about submitting an offer on a house in Prospect, Adelaide. But don’t where to start with the letter of offer and how to include conditions such as subject to building inspection, finance, etc.
    Can anyone help???

    Hi,

    I just flew back from looking at property in Adelaide. The market is very good there, but bargains are fading fast. You have to be quick.
    What areas are you looking in?

    where could you find such great deals? Those units are a bargain, any advice for a novice?
    And what is the 11 second rule?
