hi matt,
well, I have no venue in mind to hold these meetings as yet . depening on where is a more centralize place where all could meet. Well, there are 3 others who had e-mail me showing intrest. you have any good suggestions??

Hey nolimit!
I was just thinking along the same lines as you. Although Henry Kaye is not particularly in favour of, but i do beileve Brisbane should have a networking club . What do you think? Want to come up with somthing together?

Well the next reno kings seminar is on the 15 Nov.
Below are the cost of the event.The cheaper price is the discounted price( means we have to book 14 pior to the event) And now I have got 2 person as a group, we still need 1 more person to join to get it at the lowest cost @ $1207. I am still looking for people who are intrested to go for this seminar. Have to book by end of this week. I got a reply from Paul, therefor we just need 1 more person to join so we will save around $720 discount off the normal price.hope to hear from some of you soon

After i have read everyone postings here, I could hold back the tears that there are people who cares. I am so thankful to everyone. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I was thinking along the same lines as you. I am 26 also in mid-life crisis. Wouldn’t want to work my whole life too[]Hate the rat race i am in .
I have just stared to pick up property investments too recently, came across Steve’s book, bought it and finished it once now going it through the 2nd time. To knock and lock the info in this thick skull of mine[}].
And In regards to your question you should go download bonus chapter in this fourm under the book title. Steve has addition info on increasing IRs.
I am in Qld.MaYbe we could start a newbie fourm.[8D]. By the way i love Sushi..

Well, my dad is not local just got his pension and came here bought these 2 Property cash. So as i said he is very against loans. believe in debt free.he dosen’t know much about the market.
