No sorry I meant in USA. I have a LLC set up in Florida when I purchased a property but looking to buy in a different state. So I wanted to know if I needed a new LLC.

My Hubby and I have both received our ITIN. We were one of the first tables to get up at the conference though so they are probably making their way through the huge pile.
Is there anyone that has been or is going over to the US this year to see Tommy? I am going in a couple of weeks and would be interested to hear from others.

Hi, My husband I I attended the seminar and were suitably impressed. First we thought we would just do the liens but after careful consideration we have decided that it is now or never to do the purchasing of tax deeds (ie go to US with Tommy). I will be going by myself so all the pressure is on me to do the right deals.lol. I am worried about the "quick flicking" and wondered if anyone else has signed up to go. I have missed the first intake but hope for the 2nd. Is there anyone who is currently doing the quick buy and sell and can ease my fears? There is no doubt there are deals to be had with the buying but I am worried that we won't be able to onsell the properties and don't want to be stuck with the. I realise Tommy will be helping us make the right choices and that we make small profits along the way but was wondering about thoughts from others.

    Hey Ros,
My hubby also went to the conference and is interested in tax liens. He explained them to me and I went through his notes to find out the web address for Tommy, but I can't find it. Do you have the website info?

I am surprised at the negative opinions of people about the conference.Unfortunately I was not able to attend ( being mothers day, I stayed at home with kiddies) but sent my hubby (who is the straight thinkeing sceptical one) Each break he rang me to debrief and was quite positive and happy to be there. He tuned out the motivational speakers and such but was happy to listen to most speakers. We have a few investment properties and he came away with  ideas as to the direction we need to go to better our performance. He enjoyed the property systems seminar ,as are in the position of either renovation to better our selling price of one of our properties or seling as is. He also likes the idea of tax liens.  At each break he networked and got to talking to some interesting participants. We haven't had a proper chance to talk as he got home at 11.30 last night (we are in sydney) so I will be interested to hear what he has to say about the whole weekend.

Well I spoke to someone when I was confirming my tickets and she said there will be ppl there selling their stuff. So just be ready to tune them out. Already paid enough. Just hoping the there will be something worthwhile to take away from the 3 looooong days.

Same with us. We got the tickets in the package.Unfortunately just realised it is Mothers Day on Sunday (duh) so I will just have to send hubby. Maybe I can sell the other ticket to help recoup flight cost.

    Hi DWolfe,
My husband and I are going and hoping to get lots of new info. We are hoping it isn't just the books rehashed and other people peddling their wares. We are from Sydney and have to pay for airfares and accommodation and organise childminding so we will be cranky if it is a waste of time. I would love to hear from someone who has been to one before.

    Hi walexx,
I'm new too and came upon you question. We have just purchased a property in one of the outlying suburbs near Newcastle because of the expected growth and structural stuff going on. We did a lot of homework on the property and found it to be very appealing. New roads going in and schools and coles going up all over the place.
    Hope this helps
