Well my partners accountant advised to purchase a new vehicle for the business under this method.
And to pre pay 12 months worth of payments. ??
I honestly hadnt heard of this term before.
He was thinking of paying outright cash for the car. The business being financial etc. Im sure the loan institution would be collecting some fees then.?? What does this have to do with the GST component was this explained to you??Regards

Just wanted to share the fact that when I managed to read this thread at lunch time the other day I just couldnt hold the laughter… and I caused most at work to enquire about my amusement well how does one explain.!! I had the lunch equivalent of Wallflowers breaky cereal being horizontally challenged on my keyboard.[blush2].I am waiting with unbaited – will not gamble breath on the outcome of this internet love creation going on.

“Baths” are space takers that southerners like.
As said before if your property is in the realms of attracting young families then you need to improvise at minimal cost. Check with Property Managers in the area.If the property is in the tropics you have won the lottery. The closest thing here is a spa – outdoors.
All my children were “shower” reared. In most places had a small wash bowl for their rubber duckies bath toys bought by rellies – bless em from down south to float in !!!
Elderly lady from England who is visiting was astounded – not bath ??? And a big ceiling fan in the bathroom ??? The shower & fan are a blessing.[biggrin]

You are quite correct. ANZ tried to offer a Diners Card on the so called equitable trade off. The bottom line is we now need more than double the expenditure (roughly) to earn the 30,000 points that got at least an inerstate return fare from up here in the NT.Regards

Sorry forgot – “Bed sit” generally refers to a one room flat that the kitchen lounge dining and bedroom (bed) is all in one. The bathroom facilities are usually in a seperate room.
I have not researched the worth/viablity/demand of such an investment and so cannot comment on this aspect.

Basically what has been said above is correct.
You will also see mostly are PAWA easements in the NT. In areas where they are contracting for underground power – (yay for wet season power blackouts minimisation) also check for proposals as large units although they fence them occupy a square chunk of land at the front of the property with an – ugly box. !!!Regards

Very touching post.
Importantly too is those that are currently serving. These times we welcome them home on R & R after 6 months.
My Grandfather like many others was away for five years in WWII. Five years……..of fear and horror and sickness. What they endured seems so incomprehencable.
Then the fear of the telegram boy as he came up the street wondering if it was your house he was to deliver at with the painful news to those left at home.
