Make sure you do back research into the story first. I know of a couple of people that were thrown to the wolves for something that was done by a completely seperate group… Burn the rubbish not the ones that are there to help
Hi guys I am aware of a lender in Texas that is doing 80% lends for new construction even for “Foreign Aliens”. This is available for selected properties in the Banks local area.
PM me for details as I seem to get censored for advertising….
Hi Guys, Just my 2 cents, much more value to come. I see alot of negativity re the US market. The US market in its most simple form is the same as Aus. Anyone want to buy a house in Ararat? Cheap houses and OK returns on rent, but no job stability as industries close or move…. didn't think so. The US is the same. There are hundreds if micro-economic climates even going down to a county level. Some states are definitely worth avoiding. California Detroit NY state and Florida are all good examples. The places that seem to have avoided the worst of the GFC are nashville TN, Dallas Houston and San Antonio TX, and from hearsay also Kansas City and Pheonix is starting to pick up.<moderator: delete advertising>
Personally i would give the northern states of USA a call. The figures on house prices and job losses coming from NY MI and other close states are only going to get worse.
And Rochestor has one of the highest crime rates in america…buffalo is struggling economically and has been for some time.US gr8 place to invest but you need to pick your spots. Its like investing in Adelaide at the moment with all of the job losses from the auto industry. Doesnt matter which country youre in, you need to do your DD
Thanks.
I'll keep an eye open
