1 . yes its is a lease hold (about 60 years )and  it is for most properties on the Mountain…there are always extensions to that also

2..The hydro upgrade is coming to a close and has been very prosperous for the villiage

3. The block is accessable and is ready to build

The returns are real and so is everything else I have stated….sorry about not having more details or a complete feasability statement but i am too busy with other Developments and havent got time..
