Hi Sinead,

I have been to similar seminars which focus soley on Vendor Finance, the one I went to focused more on mining towns which would have agaurantee rents of well above mortgage payments for the first 12 months.

These can be good and bad. As Sonya has said, research is your friend. Do it right and you should be fine!

approaching would have to be the best method surely.

You would most likely need to come up with a more than fair offer in order to make them sell.

I would say that sounds pretty standard. I would also prefer freehold however.
