Old school Skata, 8 weeks ago we borrowed all the money for an IP and renovated. I went back to the bank and now can buy another one, but we used the equity in our ppor and iP to get this further loan. How do you redraw? Do you use the same bank each time, Is what we’ve done normal? I would like to ‘redraw’ but I was just grateful to get another loan. ( I hope I’m making sense)

I don’t think you can just ask ‘local home nursing care services’ to visit your tenent at whim. I’m sure this would be invading his privacy. Also just because he smells of urine doesn’t mean he is demented.

We both earn about the same so we do what we like with our extra cash. He has a boat and I am investing and renovating. I’m actually looking forward to when I can buy him a real boat!

Wow,thats an amazing increase with just $4000!!!I am just about to get our first rennovation attempt valued after spending $18000, I am expecting only a $30000 profit. Back to the subject, I will be trying to get all my quotes done pre settlement next time!

    Hi Dave,
I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to sound sarcastic with my previous entry. Its just that I know a lot of people up in North Q do retire to small towns on the coast and on the Atherton Tablelands. How ever some of these towns are very small but I guess are quite close to amenities in larger towns. They just want to be in quiet areas away from every thing. Inez

Why doesn’t anyone ever mention the names of these towns? Bizarre.

Aussierogue,In my humble merry opinion,I plan to keep my self in the style to which I am accustomed to by keeping my job and dealing with any dramas as they arise, with my safety stash and wage. I will ride it out for however long it takes and reap the benefits in say, 10 years.

[shades2]As you can tell I’m new and confused. I don’t understand why there is a 10% deposit. I did not realise you had to give so much. Is this how much you have to give down south?

    Sorry Yackster,
    2005:
.sell a delightful block of land that we’ve had for a year then,
.buy 2 average IP’s, spruce them up a bit and rent them out.
    .IVF again or
.planning a trip to South America. Hmm, the trip sounds good.
Hope this is not too corny and slack…

Just have to agree with Gatsby, ‘Lost in translation’ was great. I was totally into it the whole way through. It was very dreamy I think.
