    (Short term agreement/ leases but option to extend just in case occupants don’t get along or there’s a dispute)

    Hey guys sorry for the late reply, Benny hit the nail on the head.

    I first heard of this strategy from Ian and was just wondering if there we others out there using this method. Subletting a property (with landlords consent for x time) to multiple occupants on seperate leases on short term agreements.

    If any ones using this method I would love to hear a bit of your story.
