Hi Guys,
Does anyone have any experience with 'splitter' blocks in Brissy?
A mate was harping on about doing one in brissy and making good profit in the subdivision.

Hi,
I did get the bond however they didn't pay 3 weeks rent and they well and well and truly trashed the place. I am not out of pocket by around $1,500.
