I have an apartment in New Farm in Brisbane that I want to maybe(?) try as a short term property for better cash flow. Does anyone know a property manager who manages short term properties around the Brisbane area?

I am 38, and in terms of my cash position for the SMSF – I will be leaving around $30k in an offset account for any issues like non paid rent etc.
