100% p.a. is a good rate of return, but it depends entirely on what you're doing (i.e. if you're not developing brand new townhouses using mostly other people's money, then look for a lower rate of return!).

smechanic, depending on your fencing, a negative might be that you don't actually have a 'back' yard. Or if you do have one, it wouldn't be as private with a street running down alongside it.
