    hi tenby,
    nice try!!!!

i think i like the way you think….

all i can say is that after all busting my gut and enduring many sleepless days and nights doing research and self educationg myself on property locations. i would feel deflated if i had to give it all up to you just because you are new to this and want the lastest inside news on growth suburbs!

get on your bike and do the hard yards. beleive me its much more rewarding …..Just Do It!

gotta be cruel to be kind..[biggrin]

    Hi billyt,

In the past I have used the obvious ones
    http://www.realestate.com.au
    http://www.domain.com.au
(Except Domain can be a frustrating site and doesn’t have Land only drop down box).

    Or http://www.tradingpost.com.au
Real estate section is a good one.

    Some to start with anyway!
    there are others.
    cheers

    resiwealth,
as a once great oqeensland poli once said…. “please explain!

where did you get 40k figure from?
selling the block (with some plans) is a short term, strees free, way to gain some quick capital.

ead, Sell slightly below what the area is asking and demanding is my suggestion. i know, having done both before in a past life.

    hi woodsman,
The method i use is the humble Melway. Each page has the deignated council logo spread across, or the name in Red writing, thoroughout that suburb.

is this what you are after?
