I painted a 2 br unit recently. It took me 2 days, from 10 am to 2 am. I hardly could walk after that but I love it.

It costs a bit over $300 for paints & equipments. Top Dulux “Directions in white” colours. I chose Whisper White & Beige Royal. They comes out soooo nice.

The laws seem different in each state. I remember to pay 10% to exchange contract in NSW & ACT.

If we can exchange contract on only 0.25% deposit we can change their mind & forfeit that amount easily!
