Sorry the price was more 20,000 – 25,000.

I do like the idea of same size ontop I know its a bit pricy, but that does include deck, handrail, stairs, approvals and also builder commission 

Yes could not belive when he said don't think it will add value, might be lucky to get your money back..

Maybe its just me ? or maybe hes right ?
