Thanks for your prompt reply Derek. You have certainly helped and made it clear we really need to sit down with an action plan. Do you have any advice on how to access information to research what areas are the best to buy in other than realestate.com and the newspaper? I went into REIWA but they weren’t that helpful. I have been trying to drive around areas of interest and getting to know them as much as possible and ticking off what has sold where and for how much to give me an idea of the market. Any other suggestions as to what to look for? I have seen suggestions to purchase “Templates” on this site, looks worthwhile for a novice like me to have some sort of structuarl checklist to go by?
