    If your predict a downturn long enough you will be right, no question about it. But, “show me the money”, whats going to do well?
    I think the stock market still has some legs.

    I think Deer Park is a good thing.
    It is just off the ring road, soon to have bypass in place and is slowly but surely improving.
    Houses in Deer Park have come down but still do not provide a good yield so short term I dont think tis a good thing.

    I currently live in Cannonvale. The price you are talking about is just what you pay for land in that estate, nothing special in that deal.

    Stay away from them. You only need to ask anyone from Rocklea or Sherwood about 1974. Oh and fool anyone that thinks it can not happen again.

    If it is cheap – – um – – good chance a reason exists.

    Its easy guys, no need to get narky.
    V8ghia has said all that needs to be said except that we all have two ears and one mouth and that it is important to keep relevant ratios in order.

    I think it is important to listen to guys like Richard and Terry and then use that information plus you own detailed research to outline a clear path.

    Interesting. out of 10 people I know who invest if property only 1 thinks Sydney is a good investment. Hmmmmmmmm [confused2]

    Hi Lissa,

    I would just talk to the owner. If they inflate the price then pull out – fool them. I believe that if you are found to be pulling tricks, you will lose all face.

    Maybe they say no in the short term but if all people involved are professional they may come to you first if and when they want to sell.
