Thanks for your post and it is totally true. Unfortunately it is not a matter that is given the importance that deserves. While some sit and keep doing the same and the pass generations I think it’s our responsibility to leave a legacy. My personal opinion, you need to know a little bit more than put up a sign for sale. We Did tried to sale our house in Qld since December, a lot of people came and look but we couldn’t closed a deal. We were not in town to deal with the sale in the las couple of months which makes things harder. We went with a real state and he said because we had it in the market for a while people start thinking something was wrong. we dropped the price twice and lucky it is under offer. Very painful experience. I think it is depending on personal circumstances and abilities. Thanks
