I just need someone to grab the keys and let me know if it is do-able and the cost vs benefit outcome is viable.

I have spoken the local council and they have been no help with the local laws for strata titleing. Does anybody know who I would contact to find the Queensland Strata Titling Laws.
How many of you are flying to Melbourne? I arrive in Melbourne Airport at 7:45. I believe it is a 35min Cab Ride to the Venue.

I have done a couple of searches on the 1974 Building act but came up with nothing.
I’m getting the exact age of the property at present but I believe it was build sometime around the late 70’s early 80’s
It is a block of 4 units.. 2 on the bottom, 2 on the top.
I have spoken to the “duty officer” at the council and he has not done this before and he just said call a surveyor.
Guess I will talk to the surveyor and see what he thinks.
