    Yes Freckle, in overall terms the increase in Coal exports is minimal, but to the Dysart area and the 90+ people with unrented properties this might be a biggie..

    We have been unnoccupied in Dysart since Mid feb.

    Agent a little vague, but seemed to think it was strike related.

    Also said it was a little strange as feb is usually gangbusters.

    Any update from a local would be valuable.

    Hi all,

    Is their a seasonal dip in tenancy in Dysart?

    Fewer people around at Christmas??

    I was surprised that I was advised that BMA had moved my tenants out 3-4 months before the lease ran out. (Nov)
