    I went from a full time job to a new full-time job – CBA made me wait for the 3 month period (only had to wait a few weeks and get a letter from my employer) at my new job before they would give us the loan.

    Is this a class 1a building?

    The form 15 is a design certificate and you shouldn’t need one for glazing and doors in a house. Unless it has something to do with energy efficiency?

    Is it your building surveyor requesting this information?

    Knisco Development Solutions in Newstead have a fantastic building surveying team although they don’t deal with small scale residential (single detached dwellings) – only commercial and multi-res.
