Thanks to Sooshie and Sis for the advice.

I went and had a look today. “good condition” is obviously “Agent speak” for delapidated, rundown and being in need of major repairs.

On top of that in the last 12 months it has had an occupancy rate of just over 50% (Doesn’t that hurt positive cashflow!!!!).
