    If it is for principal place of residence then it doesn’t apply you will have to repay the consession given for stamp duty thats all.

    I have a few real estate agents that have RP Data and I get them to contact the owners for me.

    Hi Zeallous,

    Try http://www.residex.com.au regarded by most developers as the most accurate for market predictions.

    Hi i haven’t researched gatton but i would check your figures on funding a house and land package. I have just completed one and costs were more like 25k – 30k when taking into account Stamp Duty, Loan fees, Holding costs and agents commissions, GST and CGT.
