    Hi

    We got out own house but had to rent it for 4 years as of personal issue.  Then we occupied our own house recently.

    The question I have is:

    Do we have to get our house removed as a rental unit?  If so, what is the process.

    We contacted few times our Real Estate agent but no reply.
