    but, how can it be CF+ if you’re gonna be in there? are you moving in or are you renting it out?

    Hi Jemm,

    I wouldn’t have thought that EVERY single BC would be like that… bit of a pain if it is. I know that it is TOTALLY up to the body corp if you are renting, but i would have thought that it wouldn’t matter even you owned ? Perhaps you could try the REIQ and see if it’s a law up here… I’d like to hear back about that one too now!
