Hi David, Interested in knowing how and what strategy did you use with property options did be able to bank some money? There is a lot of talk on this forum about Massland and Options with Mark Rolton, do you know anything about him?
Im wanting to learn as much as possible, and options interested me.Any thoughts appreciated

The online course can be found at http://www.realestateedu.com.au. The bit I liked about the weekend was that the guy that presented it was very open and honest, was happy to answer any of the "hard" questions and he is willing to put $1 million of his own money into a deal that he is currently doing. He is happy to share his resources free of charge, and from what I am gathering that is rare in itself. Go on line and have a look at the website, my thought was I didnt have anything to lose just gain. Would like to hear your thoughts, once you have had a look though.
From the comments it sounds like alot of these presenters are just sales people selling an education product with no substance behind it? If that is the case why wouldnt the likes of ASIC as was suggested by wealth4life be looking at them?

I went to a workshop in Sydney on the weekend which is available free on the internet and includes a monthly workshop and 24 online modules, it was very good. From what I can see though there are alot out there that are charging $5000 and $6000 for courses it is very confusing.
Any help is welcome.

I would be interested to know if anyone has actually done a deal through Massland, Im gathering that Massland is the company and Mark Rolton is the presenter, reading these posts today it appears that there hasnt been any deals done.
If they have deals why dont these guys be transparent and put alot of people's minds at ease and release deals and details, obviously privacy is an issue but Im sure there would be a way around it. There appears that some Educators are happy to release this information so they must have got around the privacy issue if there is one?
Maybe that is the key they are true genuine Educators not just Sales People.
