Hi guys

do you think Berwick & Narre Warren would be a good place to buy a first home and get capital growth?

The housing development is quite established there now, I know its not ideal back when that was all going on but now most of that has finished in that area and seems to be moving further out to pakenham etc

Hi guys

I’m wondering where I can find the historical data on capital growth figures for all the suburbs as melbourne.

up to 5 years is pretty easily found in “free” suburb data reports etc

but i’m looking for much longer than that, 20 years would be good at least?

is this freely available somewhere?

Ok so how easy or hard is it then as an australian to actually get – for example – finance from a bank in the USA and purchase a property in the USA as well? What are the rules and regulations potentially holding me back
