I’m actually coinsidering putting a few calculators on our website, although I’m not sure how important they are to have online and which calcs are most popular??
I know I’d like to have Stamp duty Calc available online but what else?? Mortgage calc? Investment calc?

http://www.gpsnetwork.com.auYasmina, You mentioned all positive aspects and not much negative. The returns are good.
If you don’t need much in depreciation, then that’s ok..

I agree only broad general advise can be given in a forum..

http://www.gpsnetwork.com.auNot sure about that, I think what is ment is that you can get around the FHOG as others have in the past as theclause dosen’t really indicate how long you should move into the property for. It just says you should do it within the first 12 month of owning it… Either way, it’s micro details..
Think Macro, meanwhile you are loosing alot of tax dollars..

http://www.gpsnetwork.com.auYour really not going to get the best of both, CG & Cashflow I think you need to asses your situation and decide on what you Need in the present situation, not what you want.

http://www.gpsnetwork.com.auYou really need to minimise your outgoings, as long a the rent is covering the interest onlyloan, then you don’t need to worry much about that investment, if interest goes up, then you would have som cash in an offset account and your income.
This will allow you to buy more sooner if that’s what you want to do..
