That’s True, you do need the experience in this field rather than study, although a good mix is great too..
We are actually advertising BDM positions in our company which are commission only and availble now..
Also our Buyers Agent Division may need a new person to take charge off..
It’s worth discussing further..

Hi Maruco,
So far the only advantage I can see from this property is that it’s positive. How positive is it? And will it offset the lack of capital growth in such an area?
If none of this bother you, please make sure you carry out pest & building inspection on the property first.

Very modest, I do recomend Mortgage Hunter, he has excellent service and very ‘Switched On’ with investment loans.

Great Ideas there, they should all be implemented, as said earlier, utelisind equity to buy another property is the quickest way to invest.
You’d want your investments to grow in equity faster than you can save to allow for another purchase..

Midland is great, I know of brand new villas there in the low $200k mark.. Opposite a golf course.
There is defenitly great value in Perth.. Kinda like Qld few years ago..

Totally agree with Miss v,
It cases of trying to get a tax advantage from an investment, you don’t really want to pay it off..

That depends on how the depreciation schedule is structured & what sort of renovations you are maintaining in the property..
