    Agree,

    Networking with similar minded individuals, is a better way of doing it as in my opinion, experience is the best method of learning.
    Don’t get lost amongst words in a book, neither the emotional hype in a seminar. Look at the holistic picture and think Macro. Stick to your own personal goals and let that drive you cause as we all know, no one knows what you want better than you do!

    Is there a reason whay you chose them suburbs? Have you done any research on them yet?

    What you should be buying depends alot on affordability, personal sitation and outcome of investment desired.. Having these figured out will allow you to know more of what you should be looking for.

    We are based in NSW, so the bdm needs to be based in NSW although our properties are all over the country.

    Hi,

    I just attended a Trust/Asset protection workshop last night run by a collegue of mine and you will be supprised at the types of trusts out there and the advantages they have.

    Not one trust fits all either so be sure to see a really good accountant to structure it all for you. I maybe able to refer you to those guys for assistance..

    Defenitly not something you should do on your own.

    Sure thing, get into the market at your earliest and don’t limit yourself, you are currently paying a whole heap of tax and need to get that back.. One of the ways you can do it is by investing in property..

    I agree, if you are determined on that area then go for the best avilable there, otherwise there are other great areas too.. You’ll know best when you actually get there..

    I’m currntly using NRMA as the give you a bit of a discount when you havea few policies with them.. I guess they are all as bad as each other, non of them want to pay up if they can avoid it..

    Hi Mossie,

    It’s hard to give advise or information when you don’t have a full uderstanding of where you are right now and where you want to be, to determine the appropriate vehicle to do the job for you.. Ask yourself these questions and establish the answers if you can and the vehicle part is easy..
