    Richard,

Can you get lower than OneDirect 8.35% with similar or more homeloan features??
It is rated 5 star by Cannex and smart investor.

Ask if they can match One Direct variable 8.35%.
Good features and one of the lowest rate in the market

I would suggest go for bank lender… non-bank lender like wizard, RAMS etc.. in the virtual of dying…
They cost more than bank lender. A lot of misleading information by non-bank lender that they can compete with bank lender… but at the end.. the proof is they are wrong..

I still don't understand why people want to go to non-bank lender when bank lender offer more superior and cheaper loan.

    Cheers

    Hi Richard

Didn't you know that…"Property value will double every 7 years" :) LOL (sarcasm)

I m sure this is the selling point to unsuspecting buyers. Plus the depreciation cost etc…

Where is the 'Premium finance' telemarketer?… Seems like they went for hibernation before another attack on unsuspecting buyer(s)?

    Hi Joanne,

Did you get an external valuation of 'the property'?
And how much is the management fee?
Did you go through the contract with independant solicitor?

    Just for my curiosity….

    Cheers

I don't mind talking to telemarketer if they are paying me $$$ from talking to them.
Otherwise… just waste my stupid time.

Investing in hotel room… hmm…. sounds interesting!!!

    Hi Spicy,
Beware of lots of spruikers out there….
If you are not happy and would like to expose them.. why not try Current Affairs or 60 minutes.
They love this kind of exposure….

    Premium Fiance = Joker Finance

I like to see the interest rates maintain at 7.25% till early next year..
It will not move that soon… be real.. with inflation rate hitting 4.5%…Not at least it started to come down.
    The unemployment rate is rising…

Love to see that in the current  property market…on above equation.

What do u mean by substantial? A$2 million mortgage with 200k only 10% equity?
You need to remember that property market is sliding… therefore your equity might be less
    Need some clarification

GPT share is now less than A$ 1.50.
It was > A$5 dollar not long time ago.
And GPT invested in blue chips properties tenanted by blue chip company.
I am just wondering what happen to commercial properties invested by small investors?
I am sure that residential property will NOT immune as well…

If GPT share can be halved… why Not our residential/ commercial properties….???
Correct me if I m wrong

GPT share is now LESS THAN  A$ 1.50….. Time is coming and haunting all the property investors…
If GPT property with blue chips company as tenants being hammered….Surely, the house and commercial prices will crash
    soon…
