but it is important that Residex posted the SNR or SR (Statistic Not reliable or Significant)
with confidence interval and p-value

Without that… it is useles by telling me whether the doooooooommm or looooomm has arrived etc.

Would better if you post auction clearance rate for capital cities
Sydney has clearance rate of 65% last week.

The data collection by RP Data is unreliable.. it is very easy to manipulate the statistic.
Won't be able to sway the statistician.. only public that will eat into their comments and analysis
The auction clearance rate should include +/- 2 week pre/post sales to reflect the market
Most auctioned property sold 1-2 weeks post auction..it is important to reflect that in the analysis

Totally agree… Most of loan will refinance within 3-5 years.. .hardly any upfront commision by the lenders and the trailing commision is based on the size of balance not initial amount
