I rang ANZ today and be able to negotiate a disc 0.9% on breakfree package…Treatened them to port to Westpac/NABAttempted to get 1% disc.. but failed…

The bank must have full valuation ordered on the property prior to lending ?How can u borrow 360k with 290k valuation? who inflate the price?
