Sydney definitley has dropped down, but its probably more that in a bull run ppl pay TOO MUCH knowing that in a month maybe three the market will catch them up.
Reckon thats 10% of it, and the real drop is probaly another 5% though its patchy and depends where.

I think you know the answer. Have not had specific experience, but unless they have strong assets (renting so guess they don’t) if you spend more money, then you will win a moral victory, and $10 per week ( may be $50) but after week one it will stop, and back to court you will go, etc., etc.,

I agree with Yack on this, not many were using it though a lot of the “Sales Teams ” used to promote it.
Most good accountants were waiting for this, and some returns will need amending, but think it will be a minor ripple.
