    i think we got off on the wrong foot. you have been a great help. i am very interested in property and have read many books and articles on the topic, however, i have not actually done anything personally yet. your reply definately gives me a place to start.

    what i meant, is how exactly is bird dogging done? and how could someone get started?

    sorry to sound so harsh, but i really do need to get underway and any realistic answers are greatly appreciated.
