    Just got my purchase agreement for me and my de facto from my solicitor for a purchase settling early feb.

    I have just used Advantage Property as a buyers agent for a property (settlement 4/2).

    Service was pretty good, i.e. he negotiated a pretty keen price and gave good advice.

    I really wouldn’t say the UK boom is 6-12 months behind Australia, prices have been falling there just as surely as most cities here for the last 6-12 months (this is obviously the market as a whole – not individual properties and areas).
