    Hi Glen,
                   have done 3 finance deals for clients who bought through club.Two of the valuations came in by around $30,000 less than the  purchase price for unit developments being marketed via the club in the $240,000 to $270,000 price range a couple of years ago on the gold coast.

    I would be keen to organise a Sunshine Coast Qld gathering either drinks one evening at local venue or perhaps breakfast once a month just to talk to others on experiences and strategies.

    Nats,
    If you tell your existing lender that you are increasing your lending you may then fit into a professional pack status which will normally give you a .7% discount of their standard variable rate.You are probably aware that professional Paks are not neccessarily for professionals.If you can’t get the rate you want save yourself the run around see a broker,we are good people.
    Banks generally will not love you until you go.

    With 5 year home loan fixed rates at 6.89% from a number of lenders do you think they all expect the rates to be above 9% by 2006?
