Guys – I don’t want to refinance at all. I just want the rights to be able to do it without the official transfer.

Just thought I would add to this, today I received a text message from a company that advertises on realestate.com.au on your behalf (I receive the text because of an ad I placed in the local paper), http://www.investormentor.com.au $79.95 for 3 weeks, I am unsure how good it is, it surley does sound good, but with this and TICA as Jamie M said above why do you want a real estate to find a tenant for you other an you are to far away from the property???

For example, the builder charges me $200k to build my new property + $20k GST, I want to be able to claim back the $20k. Can this happen?

You are right. They got back to me, I got so mad with them and told them how misleading their adverts were. If you had heard them and you knew no better, you would think it was genuine.

    Hi Andrew,

Have to say they sure do suck! I could tell you stories about the NAB that would make your hair curl but yet again I will go cap in hand to them or anyone else who will lend me money. By the way you cannot actually transfer (via direct debit) to the NAB from any other bank (no you cant I really have tried and wasted part of my life trying). I want (read need) more properties and need someone else to pay for them who I will then pay back (I promise!) I hear your pain but unfortunately they really are all the same……..crap!

    Hi DWolfe,

This can be done, and happens all the time.

Let me know if you still need help with it.

    Cheers,
    YI.

Do you work for the ANZ YI?
