    G’day Joel,

    Shahin, is correct in making his comments but can I make another suggestion. Start when you can afford to invest and always keep in the back of your mind that you are Investing. When you know where you are able to invest dollar wise, from there start to become an area expert and speak to people in that area visit the area, I could go on and on but I’m sure you get the picture. Enjoy the ride it can be fantastic.

    How are you all going out there with you cash flow, are you finding it a breeze at the moment or are you seeing signs of a dry well?

    Hi there every one, I’ve just been looking over a couple of old posts about investing in caravans. Like a said, the post were old and I was wondering if anyone has/seen/done this type of investing? From where I am the numbers are stacking but I’m looking for your support and input here.
