I’m thinking of writing something myself, but would be very interested if someone had an exisitng product with some sort of track record?
If you don’t use something like this, then what systems do you use?!

Thanks guys for the good info – it certainly seems to be a powerfull tool. I looked into the Citec product too, but RP Data just seemed to offer so much more.
I was aware that many Agents used it, but I’d still be interested to hear if any investors use it and find it worthwhile?

If you’re in Queensland and wanting building and pest inspections, then I can recommend Queenslandwide House and Building Reports – http://www.qhbr.com.au/index.html I’ve used them a number of times, and have always been impressed with their professionalism (even if they aren’t the cheapest!).
