MacQuarie Fields would be one.
Hi Mark,
Thanks for your positive feedback and sounds like RESULTS are delivering for you. I get the feeling that nearly everyone is satisfied with the program and until a few weeks ago when my mentor left the program I to had a similar positive fuzzy feeling.
For me, since my original mentor left the program, communication with the program has been extremely time consuming, disappointing and in some cases non existent, and not without trying. Everytime I listen to an audio, watch a DVD, read the folders, attend Steve at the get togethers or read forums like yours, the common motto for the RESULTS program is communication. The program constantly stresses to get in touch with your mentor, however I’m personally not getting results or success in this area, so Mark, share with me how you have successfully get in touch with your mentor and have emails commented/responded…
I ring propertyinvesting.com office and get told mentor not in when he was, I leave messages for mentor to ring and he doesn’t get the message, my emails take days and even weeks to get responded if at all, etc, etc.
I would stress that when I do manage to get in touch with my mentor I have long successful conversations, but there are far more failures than success, I’ve even flagged with Steve there was an issue and he emailed me back to say stop emailing him. After Steve’s sinking feeling email I now channel more time towards personal success than trying to communicate with propertyinvesting.com.
Not for one minute am I knocking the program, it’s been terrific and I fully support anyone who is thinking about joining, I’ve taken the attitude the problems I’ve experienced are just isolated to me, I must be unlucky. I have learnt a lot about communication and business from my unfortunate experiences from the program, so one could say that RESULTS has delivered……
All the best.
Geoff
I’m also on the results program, however I personally have been a little disappointed in a number of aspects, mainly relating to management of the program, a few samples:
– Folders late being posted.
– Content within the folders becoming available free to non RESULTS people.
– My coach quit some 6 weeks ago and now I’m just a number/name within the program.
– Communication level has dramatically dropped since coach resigned.
– Ring up to speak to coach and told that the is not in for the day only to find he was.
– Leave messages for coach to ring but he never gets the message.
– Documented links no available on web site.
– Emails taking days to reply.
– DVD’s sent within folders have not content on them. Then the replacement DVD turns out to be a copy of the wrong folder (Still waiting).
– Data within a case scenario wrong in one folder, which was highlighted only to have the same mistake in the next folder. Most of the above has since been rectified which wasted a lot of my valuable time.
HOWEVER, There are many aspects of the program which are extremely worthwhile, it is my opinion there have been many hiccups in the way the program has been run and executed, but believe the second intake will not experienced the problems I have encountered.

I’ve considered options and know people who do options, but I just can’t get it out of my head that options are all based around gambling/luck.
Options are about the future and unless you have a crystal ball to know what is about to happen to a particular area in relation to growth, then that’s gambling/luck.I’m sure I’m wrong, can someone please correct me.
Thanks GB
Why not join the PropertyInvesting.com RESULTS mentoring program?
There is going to be a new intake coming you very soon.
Cheers
GeoffBHi Muppet,

GeoffBHi Westan,
Just bought BRW magazine and read the article, I totally agree with you. I must read for all those who have a vetted interest in NZ.

GeoffBHi Martin,
Good to see you on the forum.Thoroughly enjoyed your book ‘You need a rocket’ you posted me, again thanks. When will your next book ‘When You’re In Your Own Way’ be out?
Cheers
GeoffBThanks Benny,
Suspected the definition was along those lines.
Cheers
GeoffBLike Robo, I asked Martin were I could buy his book and he kindly posted me two signed copies for free. I have given one copy to someone who also appreciated it.
I aspire one day to be in a similar position to that of Martin i.e Finically and time generous.
Cheers,
GeoffBWestan,
Welcome home,
Nearly all councils in Oz are heavily insured against accident claims caused by dicky paths and roads. Councils receive hundreds of claims yearly from the publicans resulting from trips and falls due to poorly maintained council paths.
Westan, if the concrete drive/footpath is on council property you can safely say it’s not your problem to fix it, however it maybe your responsibility to report the potential hazard to council though?
Cheers,
GeoffBMarty_Boyo,
Suggest you email Westan your request. Westan is currently in the states on business, hence unlikely too pick up your request via the forum. By emailing Westan you’ll more likely to be added to his DB sooner than later.Cheers
GeoffBI previously had a bad encounter with e-ch****. A few years ago I rang them, a guy came around to my place with all their hype. I never signed any forms, just told by the guy he would be in touch. Never ever heard from him again. I rang and rang the guy with no answer, it was if he vanished off the planet. Rang the main e-ch**** office and was promised the world because of their non-action, until this day never ever heard from e-ch****.
E-ch**** loss, mor*** ch**** got my business and lots of it too….
Cheers
Geoffrey BeckGee wizz Steven, every team you’ve gone for losses. For my sake please don’t go for the Swans in next weeks grand final….
The whole ashes loss is killing me. All the Poms at work are just hammering me about the cricket – all week – none stop.
Even today whilst watching the West Coast Vs Adelaide AFL match the cameras zoomed in on a Pom in the crowd holding up a replica of the ashes urn…..
Last night travelling in home got stuck in Sydney’s rat race traffic fright behind a bus with a massive advert sprawled across the back about the cricketers losing the ashes….Cheers,
GeoffBOkay a kiwi success story.
This is a recent one and worthy of mention as it proves there are still good property purchases to be made in NZ.
Purchased +ve cash flow property in south Island January this year for $63k, rent $130.00 per wk. Two weeks ago flow over for 8 days reno job and after spending $3k (including my travel costs) had it revalued at $89k (35% increase) and now have tenant in place for $160.00 per wk (23% increase).
Although not the same level as Westan’s stunning figures, thought these to be pretty good considering only purchased just over 6 months ago.
Cheers,
GeoffBWell it’s now official, NSW property vendor tax is abolished from TODAY.

What will this do to the property market in NSW now???
Cheers
GeoffBGuys,
Just a suggestion, never ever reply back to scam/junk email, it only triggers the person at the other end that your email address is an active one and tells them you are willing to read and react to correspondence.
These people will now on sell your email address to millions of marketers and scammers world wide, who will on sell it to millions of others…. You will more than likely be bombarded with emails for life?
I don’t want to scare you but once this happens your only choice it to cancel your email address and get a new one.Cheers,
GeoffBHi Liz,
I too had the same trouble initially, but when I told them the reference letter is for international funds purpose they understood. One of the banks still stood firm and wouldn’t give a reference letter, so I terminated the phone call and rang the bank back straight away, spoke to another person and got the letter without any trouble. If these techniques don’t work, threatened them with the old ‘I which banks’ ploy.Good luck
Cheers,
GeoffBDame-it, Swans lost by a point. Great last quarter. One stage in the game Richmond were 44 points up. Next time I’ll keep my mouth shut….
Have you completed a USA flip deal yet?
If so have did it work out and what were some of the heart aches encountered?Cheers,
GeoffWestan, great idea however being on the other side of the planet would make this type of strategy difficult and complicated to implement, manage and achieve ultimate goals. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying that it couldn’t work, just very difficult.
Are you intending to relocate to the USA???
Cheers
GeoffB{Swans by 45 points over Richmond today….}
