that does sound like a great overview of topics, I have one question if you don't mind answering?
Do they teach you about financing properties when you're just starting out, ie how to obtain finance?
I was looking at managing renovating properties for a living, but obviously to do that you would need to quit your day job, which= no income! and with a current mortgage that seems unlikely- do you know if this type of thing is covered in the course?
