I’d agree with you on that one – it is an adrenalin rush. Its like you were in a Hollywood movie being slammed against the wall.
But the fact that you can look back after all these years and actually see that you have saved lives…wow…forget property investing…you saving lives – preventing him from dying by any means within your power is the greatest accomplishment I perceive there to be…

Hey Bear and to all those I said I’d call Sat. morning . Well I did call Ticketek just now and its a voice machine saying that their hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9-5. I’ll have to call on Monday.

I agree Russ. All your points are valid. I thought that if I can go to Steve’s seminar for what it costed, then I can go to Kiyosaki’s seminar for a very small fraction of the price at which Steve had his for. After all, We all got Steve’s book and tend to follow his principles and Steve is following Kiyosaki’s principles.
I went last year but would like to go again since I know so much more of property than I did last year, I will be more attentive and open.

WOW……mate that’s an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime…now that is life -touching…you’d have to be so strong willed to deal with that. Did you have to do courses or get training on how to deal with addicts and guys with guns? – I thought only cops and paramedics would deal with that?

Personally I think Christchurch is a great place to invest – especcially for students. But I would really direct my question to Westan up in the Sounth of NZ – he’s the expert in this who could help you out.

once finance is approved – take contract to solicitor. If all is done, I wouldn’t wait till 5th June but settle early, put tenants in there (that is if it is an investment property) and start reaping the rewards immediately.
If you are going to do maintenance to it, ask for early access to the property before settlement to do what you like to the property.
