WOW[blink][blink][blink]…well guys what do say,
I went to his midday seminar yesterday in Melbourne and yes I did sign up for his big seminar in Sydney.
Well, money comes and goes and I also met someone who was at Steve’s seminar on my table in fact who is also going upto Sudney for his big seminar in July. I do have 7 days to withdraw so I will consider it.
Kind Regards,

No Kev,
not ware of the price increase…
And NO, you can’t be the appointor, trustee and beneficiary at the same time. Trustee as a company where you’re the sole director is fine. but not in ur name. as it creates legal problems in court later when u do have to sack urself and so on.thanks for the advice

thanks Steve – can’t wait for it and for these other priorities…[biggrin][biggrin][biggrin]

Thanks very much Gatsby for all the advice,
He has decided that he is totally focussed on his job and not on property where its the opposite for me and I didnt want to lose the friendship so we mutually agreed that once we have settled on our current properties that we would put them back up on the market even for no-profit (as we bought them so we would sell them – even though they were good +CF deals) and then the moneys would be distributed equally and that’s the end of it. then I could continue investing by myself.
Your quote of
Often the hardest thing to do in life is often the best thing to do, especially in the long run.is so very true.
Many thanks again

WOW Chan,
your not only a property investor guru but your a real IT guru. Man that’s is crazy – I studied 5 years of Software engineering and still didn’t learn what you do. I think .NET is the way of the future – atleast for the next 5 years. Do you know alot about VB forms secure SQL. Ive done forms before but I want it secure so I can put the form on our website. Are they easy to crack into?
Hey CD – does that mean you do ‘First-Aid’ courses?

Hey Kev,
so far sounds good – but can we make it at 12:30pm or is that too late for everyone.
I don’t mind the Eastern Suburbs even thoug its a good drive way off. But if others want it closer, perhaps it can be La Porchetta in Nth. Melbourne or somewhere in Lygon St.
Kind regards,
George.“If You never never ask, you’ll never never know”

Hi Jill,
By doing a serach for it on the web, doing a search for it under the ACCC and see their ethics and their business principles.
But the best method by far is to do what you just did and post that company on here with its details. I think now there are something like 20,000 readers on this site. Im sure someone has had experience with that comapny you wish to deal with. You will get good advice from here.
Kind Regards,
George.“If You never never ask, you’ll never never know”
Ahhhh…[confused2][confused2][confused2]
WOW Monopoly – I love your post – great words of wisdom[buz2][buz2][buz2]…
This was discussed several weeks ago. The Bible states,
“Wrath is cruel and anger a torrent, But who is able to stand before jealousy?” and that is exactly what I think it is here.My advice to Steve is to delete this post and forget it. Are we always going to discuss YOU and not what we are here to discuss, that is PROPERTY. You teach and advise – it’s upto us whether to accept it or not.
Before we criticise, let’s put ourselves in the other person’s shoes. Let us realise their success and not their failues for it is by their success that we are to imitate and be greater successors of the success they have achieved.[buz2][buz2][buz2]
