sorry i Can’t be of much help now that your 24 hr deadline has passed but I would suggest meeting with lender either from the bank or a private Mortgage lender/broker (there are some great ones on this site) and getting them to consilidate your loans.

Usually a Company Trust includinga partnership sould be the best option – but confirm this with your solicitor and accountant.

i’m not so much after a ‘get quick rich’ investment.– exactly – it sure is a long learning process rather than a fast money making process.
I agree with Richmond – from your previous bad experiences with savings, Id try to reduce your debt on your CC ASAP. Any debt that you have that is not incurring interest, ie. money owing to friends or family, I would leave this till later and build up your investments quickly – then let the return on your investments pay off your debt.

take the rent, divided it by 2 then times it by 1000. this is the guide on which you should purchase the property for +CF
ie. rent – 200 per week
divided it by 2 = 100
times by 1000 = 100k – this is the guide for +CF
there are plenty around – u just have to look harder and create creative deals. If you still can’t find any, pay someone to find them for you.

Is that theres no Stamp Duty in NZ. If you feel comfortable with investing overseas, then NZ may be the best option for you. Ask Westan, Minimogul or Castledreamer to add you to their database – they’ve got great deals.

I wish you the best of luck but also find it highly unlikely.
To get a property for 80k, 20% would be 16k for which you don’t have from reading your post.
Say you get a loan for 90%. A 10% Deposit would mean you need the following:
8k – Deposit
2k – Mortgage Insurance
1k – Legal Fees
1k – Building Inspection, Valuation and Bank and Laneding FeesTotal = approx 12k. You mentioned you only have approx 7-8k.
From what I see, you can either get another money partner or get your parents to put up some equity.
