dnt know if you’ve got children but I would suggest it’s next to schools , parks, shops.
I dnt know QLD that well, so I can’t be of much help unfortunately but I would suggest also to do some research into the Gold Coast and looking at median proces for the past 10 years since it is going to be your PPOR.

I tend to disagree. My first purchse in NZ was through Westan and I’d never seen the property till day except through photos. Personally, I dnt think you need to see the properties for the following reasons:
1. You have someone as honest as Westan helping you out
2. I couldn’t tell if a house was about to fall down – that’s why I do my due diligence and get Builder to inspect
3. It’s the same as shares. You invest thousands of dollars – yet you never go and meet the Director and ask him/her how their managing your investment. It’s the same with property – just get a Property Manager
4. Put an offer with clauses to keep you on the safe side. If its a good deal, you dnt want the property to escape your hands. Opportunity waits for no man – first to grab it.
5. I once saw a property in NZ, and loved it. I put an offer on it and the builders report came back saying that it needed an extra $30k of work – something I couldn’t tell by looking at it.

There is a saying that goes,
“Better to aim your spear at the moon and strike an eagle than aim your spear at an eagle and strike only a rock.”
The meaning of this is aim to retire at 25 and you might achieve it by 30. Aim to retire at 35 or 40 and you might achieve it by 55 or 60 – If this is the case, better to go work full-time and not have any risk.

not saying your right or wrong – just that we shouldn’t believe everything we read in the paper. I’ve met alot of guru’s and seminar hoakes – however, he across as genuine and clearly stated for the record that he had no connection whatsover with HK…who knows, I could be mislead.
I’ll ask him plainly and bluntly to clear up who he is.

August next yr. at age 25
By this time next yr. I may still be working but the difference will be that I will not have the need to work.
My strategy: 10 +CF properties each delivering $60.00 +CF equals a total of $600.00 per week. This is enough for me to stop working and cover my expenses for the week. Ofcourse, this will grow over time to 1k and then 2k per week as the loan repayments are being reduced with time, thus increasing the +CF amount per property.[biggrin]

yes there were handouts and a good CD package with notes.
The best thing to do I believe is sit with him – he has a special package to discuss with you the legalities of wraps and how they apply to the market for just over $200.00 i think. – call his office up or email him to confirm – its not that much cost considering yu’re already doing wrapping.
