Re your ad NoDoc 65% what is the interest rate and can you borrow for a rural property, or is that a question they will ask, re my post in the finance section “finance for rural Property.
Yes I have been doing my home work, I have been involved in the pig industry for the past 10 years. The pigger has a contract with the largest pig producing company in Aust. and therefore don’t own the livestock, so I just get paid $xx for each pig that is produced regarless of the market conditions. Its just a matter of trying to convince my bank about the deal.
If I understand you correctly, my wrapee owed $32,000 at the start of her loan over 25yrs at a rate of 8.56% which worked out at $119.05 per fortnight. 1 yr on and she currently owes $30,786.36 and after the interest rise she is getting charged 9.07%. So you would work out the repayments on the loan of $32,000 at 9.07% over 25 yrs = $124.17 per fortnight.
Is this correct?
Could you provide us with anymore info on how you were able to use a US bank to buy an Aussie Property. I had a bit of a look into it a while ago and was told that it wasn’t possible as they were not registered outside there respective US states or something like that. I would love to know how it is possible.
regarding the new reengineered wrap kit, will existing members who have an old wrap secrets revealed be able to update their manuals to meet the new approach or will we have to buy another manual?
I would recommend either Steve’s Wrap secrets revealed or Rick Ottons Wrap pack or even better get both. I found them both an invaluable source of information on how to get our wrap investing up and running. As for software, we have purchased WAMM to handle our loan statements. There was another program called Trackit but I don’t think it got to far.
Have you tried a good broker, there are a few that frequent this site, they should be able to get you a low doc loan or better if you have $200,000 equity in your home.
Simon, i will contact you and would be much appreciated if you could pass my email address on to a business finance broker to see if it is possible to get this deal over the line.
Sorry I didn’t get back to you, I forgot about this thread.
Ed Burton trys to sell you the usual stuff mentoring sessions, tapes,CD’s etc.

I think Goonawarrwa is a new housing development area ( haven’t that way for a few years now) and may be worth a look but you may only be able to get a house block without the extra land, not sure.
