Could you provide us with anymore info on how you were able to use a US bank to buy an Aussie Property. I had a bit of a look into it a while ago and was told that it wasn’t possible as they were not registered outside there respective US states or something like that. Have you tried a good broker, there are a few that frequent this site, they should be able to get you a low doc loan or better if you have $200,000 equity in your home.

I haven’t been to too many other seminars, I would recommend Steve’s seminars I am going to Rick Otton’s Seminar in November so I will let you know how that turns out.

I think Goonawarrwa is a new housing development area ( haven’t that way for a few years now) and may be worth a look but you may only be able to get a house block without the extra land, not sure.
